- ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is open to legal residents of Pennsylvania who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

- GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The giveaway begins upon publication May 29th, and ends on June 12, 2026, at 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
Entries received after the giveaway period ends will not be eligible.
- HOW TO ENTER
Eligible participants may enter by visiting the BustaBoyZ Furniture showroom and completing an official giveaway entry form.
Limit one (1) standard entry per person.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete contact information, including name, phone number, and email address.
Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or misleading entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
- BONUS ENTRY WITH PURCHASE
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Customers who make a qualifying furniture purchase during the giveaway period will receive one (1) additional bonus entry into the giveaway drawing.
The bonus entry is in addition to the participant’s standard entry.
Limit one (1) bonus entry per qualifying purchase.
- PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
A sofa, sectional, or furniture set valued at up to $1,500.
If the selected furniture exceeds $1,500 in value, the winner will receive a credit of up to $1,500 toward the purchase and will be responsible for any remaining balance.
Prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
- WINNER SELECTION
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected by random drawing on or about June 12, 2026, at 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIM PERIOD
The selected winner will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided on their entry form.
The selected winner must respond and claim the prize within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.
If the selected winner:
- Cannot be contacted,
- Fails to respond within 72 hours,
- Is determined to be ineligible, or
- Declines the prize,
Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
- ADDITIONAL OFFERS AND BONUS PRIZES
Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, offer additional promotional discounts, bonus prizes, coupons, or participant offers during or after the giveaway.
Such offers are separate from the Grand Prize and are not guaranteed.
- PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting the Grand Prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, photograph, and potentially a testimonial for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters relating to the giveaway are final.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless BustaBoyZ Furniture LLC, its owners, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of any prize.

- ACCEPTANCE OF RULES
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Giveaway Rules and all decisions made by Sponsor.
